Returns

Domestic orders:

We offer exchanges and returns if you are not completely happy with your purchase. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of initial delivery. You have the option to exchange or return for refund to original form of payment.

Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must have the original packaging and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.

To return merchandise, please email info@shoptenant.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then be issued a return label. Once the merchandise has been returned and inspected, you will then receive the refund if all criteria is met.

For exchanges, please email info@shoptenant.com with order number and what you would like in place of the item you have already purchased. We will then send you a return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will then send the exchanged item.
